Privacy Policy
Last updated October 4, 2026
Automate the Routine (“ATR,” “we,” “us”) is a sole proprietorship and operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, its contact form, and the Lead Flow Audit, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, company or business name, and your message, plus your website and phone number if you choose to include them. We also note which page on this site you came from.
- Lead Flow Audit: your answers to the business-context questions (such as your type of business, approximate monthly lead volume, and how customers typically buy) and to the Audit questions, along with the scores and recommendations calculated from them. If you unlock your full report, we also collect your first name and email address.
- Booking a conversation: if you book a time in the calendar on our contact page, the calendar collects the details its form asks for (such as your name, email address, and phone number) and the time you choose.
- Revenue Opportunity Calculator: the figures you enter are used in your browser to show your estimates. We don’t store them.
- Technical information: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes information such as your IP address, browser type, and request details to deliver the site and protect it. We use your IP address when you submit a form or Audit step to limit repeated or automated submissions; we don’t store it with your submission.
Cookies and browser storage
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. The Lead Flow Audit saves a small reference to your most recent Audit in your browser’s local storage, so you can return to your report, and keeps your in-progress business-context selections in session storage until you finish. You can clear both at any time in your browser settings. Cloudflare may set cookies that are strictly necessary for security, and the booking calendar on our contact page, which is provided by HighLevel, may use its own cookies to work.
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall site traffic. When it is enabled, it measures aggregate usage without advertising cookies or building advertising profiles.
How we use your information
- To read and respond to your inquiry.
- To create and show your Lead Flow Audit report.
- To follow up with you by email about your inquiry or your Audit results.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To protect the site against spam, abuse, and security threats.
- To meet legal obligations.
Your Lead Flow Audit scores are calculated by fixed rules applied to your answers. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Phone numbers and text messages
Giving us a phone number doesn’t sign you up for text messages, and the Lead Flow Audit doesn’t ask for one. We don’t send automated text messages in response to website submissions. If we ever offer text messages, we’ll ask for your separate, explicit consent first.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and our business. They process information on our behalf:
- Cloudflare: website hosting and security, and cookieless website analytics when enabled.
- Neon: our database, where website submissions and Audit results are stored.
- HighLevel (GoHighLevel): our customer relationship management system and booking calendar. We send it the details you submit through the contact form or the Lead Flow Audit unlock (and, for the Audit, your score, focus areas, and business context) so we can keep a contact record, receive notice of new inquiries, and manage booked conversations.
- Google: booked conversations are scheduled on Google Calendar and held on Google Meet.
- Google Fonts: the Lead Flow Audit pages load fonts from Google, which receives your IP address when the fonts are requested.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights, property, or safety of ATR or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business.
Your Audit report link
Your full Lead Flow Audit report is available at a private link. Anyone who has that link can view the report, so share it only with people you trust. The report doesn’t display your name or email address. We also keep a copy of the link in your contact record in our customer relationship management system, so we can refer to your report when we follow up.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide your Audit report, follow up on your inquiry, and run our business, and as required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can tell us to stop following up with you by email at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, email info@automatetheroutine.com; you can also reach us through our contact page. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access limited to the people and services that need it. No website or online service can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page and change the “last updated” date.
